The stay was enjoyable with a spacious room and excellent kitchen facilities, making it convenient for a short visit. the bed was not as comfortable as expected, and there was an issue with the fridge not cooling properly. Still, the staff provided great service when we raised our concerns.

The apartment was fully equipped and felt like home, perfect for family stays. We loved having access to a great breakfast grab-and-go option, and the staff was very accommodating, making our experience enjoyable. Plus, the location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions.

My kids wished there were more towels available for our family during check-in. It would be great if they ensured plenty of towels are prepared for families, helping us avoid that little hiccup.

our stay at roomzzz was fantastic! we got a free upgrade right at check-in, and the reception had a lovely vibe with a free hot drinks machine. the apartment was spacious, super clean, and had comfy sofas. the huge bed was a dream, and the bathroom featured the best shower ever!

Absolutely loved the fried fish from nearby Red's True Barbecue – proper gorgeous! Plus, the staff were as friendly as your mates down the pub, really made our stay. The free croissants in the morning were a welcome treat, giving you a sweet start to your day.

On the flip, that room could do with a freshen-up and a deep clean. Paying £132 a night felt a bit steep given the wear and tear – warped lino and kickboards needed replacing. The TV setup was a bit dodgy too, not ideal for a living room vibe.

Comfy room, modern kitchen, loved the balcony and the great shower in the bathroom. also enjoyed the efficient service from the staff during check-in and the free wi-fi in the room which was perfect for planning our city exploration.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and cooking facilities. The staff even helped me call a local taxi on my first stay. I highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for a new year!

great stay but missed better city views

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, with Michelle going out of her way to check us in early. Our one-bedroom apartment was well-designed, providing comfort and functionality.

I enjoyed my stay in a spacious Smart Studio. The kitchen area made it easy to prepare snacks, and I loved the nearby breakfast cafe with fantastic value dishes. A quick tip, bring your own coffee as the free machine wasn’t great. a cozy spot for a weekend!

The apartment felt like home. Loved the comfy mattress and those pastries in the morning were awesome. The location is super close to the action, just a short walk to shops and the train. But wow, it really needs a deep clean. the floors were pretty yucky. it did the job for our gig night.
